How to become happy and stay in the state of happiness even when we get pressured by our crowded schedules? There is one mental, daily challenge trick to help you stay positive and happy and that is to increase your productivity.

Basically, all negativity in our lives is completely mental. When we start having negative thoughts, we start creating our story and our own personal drama around it.
Sometimes we think we are not worthy of something or someone, other times we might think that we are failures or that there is no way we could accomplish something. Then we start to believe that negative thought and start making life-changing decisions according to it, unfortunately, quite often in a negative way.
